I agree with Jei. I have never been kicked out of a party just because I was a War. It must have been something you did. If possible, please provide us with some details of your party so we can get a better understanding of why you were booted.

Please tell me your first language isn't English. Players not from NA and struggling to communicate is acceptable (even commendable) but if you are from an English speaking nation then poor grammer is looked down on. If you're from NA and you are struggling with the language then players are gonna assume you will have difficultly with the nuances of the game or your job. By your sig

But yeah...it's not right for a party to just kick you like that. If they disagreed with something you were doing they could have at least told you what it was so you'd know to fix that.

Yeah, some players will judge you by how well you respond back or interact with the party. With grammar and spelling like you have in this post Darkages, if that is the same in game it is likely to create a bad impression.

Still not right to kick you without an explination, but be sure they were not already requesting something during the fights you may of overlooked as well. Some people tend to have a bad habit of explaining their battle strategy while they are fighting the mobs and not explaining it before or during a downtime.

Seriously Dark this game is about communication. Being as effective as possible in that is just as important to a pt as being effective in the job you do as they go hand in hand. Here's a few things you don't want you don't want to do in a pt:
1) Don't use IM (Instant Message) style lingo - ie 1it3, bc 1 5a1d, 0m6, wat 1 tht u pulled, dumb a$$ etc
2) Keep excess chat to a minimum (clogs an already full log)
3) Don't use dumb ass macros like "I call upon the power of dez nuts" <Boost> save it for solo. Any macro with additional info relayed to the pt should be concise and relative.
4) Don't ask every 5 secs "Can I have it"? (in reference to loot)
5) Don't come to the pt with severly under-leveled gear. Everyone understands that gil is tight but showing up to tank in your Doublet isn't going to cut it. Make sure your gear is somewhere in the area of your lvl.
6) Don't spam whm for cure or rdm for refresh/haste...let them do their job or you might get "accidentally" overlooked at the wrong time.
7) Don't be rude. Even if others in the pt are acting like idiots, you don't what to be labeled as one on your server. Your quality or lack of will become known to others as you progress.

I'm sure I missed a bunch but these are a few that drive me crazy...feel free to add to this list.

You can do all these things and still get kicked (due to the new guy having a friend in pt or some people you can't please no matter how good you are) but at least you walk away knowing you're good at what you do. In the end though you'll get kicked a lot less and will build a reputation of being a solid player. Good Luck to you.
