What would be a better tank; A Galka, with high VIT and HP, or a well rounded Hume?

In any case, Galka probably has the best melee stats, with nothing being sub-par, and definetely the best stats for taking hits - highest VIT, highest HP, second highest STR, average AGI and DEX. But again, your skill and equipment have far more weight than the race you pick. Pick whichever race you like best.
