most efficient PT

I'm thinking about making a set for my WAR, planning way ahead so that I can make it the most efficient as humanly possible. So now.. what would be the absolute best PT setup for 37 >> 75. Only requirement is that there has to be a WAR in it ( can be tank or dd ).

And yes, I realize this is a HIGHLY opinionated question, but that's all im looking for really - opinions.

This setup can't do lvl 3 skill chains, but you can do Distortion(Sidewinder > Rampage) at 55 and Fragmentation(Raging Rush > Sidewinder) at 60, which will both pack big numbers. That should do on most exp mobs after 60. Pld is there to keep hate from rng and blm, Brd for Carnage Elegy and normal Bard stuff. Whm to accompany the Pld, and to be able to fight Petrification mobs, and give out R2+.
