When to get rid off viking at off and?

When to get rid off viking at off hand? after getting haubergeon? since the + 10 acc from hauby can replace the one from viking. this way i can dual wield darksteel +1 and tungi for now and fransisca and tungi once i hit 63, all hte way until i hit 72 with woodville and tabazin. any opinions will be appreciated. ^^v

I think it's a situational thing.

If I was tanking with /NIN, I don't think I'd ever stop using 2 Vikings. You want as many chances for the +Enmity to process itself as you can get, so accuracy is critical.

If I was a DD closing Distortion with Rampage, and it was a DRK or SAM opening, I'd use (from 56) DS+1x2 or DS+1 and Bloodsword. Their TP gain will be less than yours, and being over 100 TP doesn't seem to add much damage to Rampage, but higher weapon damage should.

If I was DD closing Distortion for MNK or RNG, I'd keep the off-hand Viking until the mid-60s.

If you use Sniper's Rings, then I would drop Vikings completely after Torama. If you don't use Sniper's Rings you probably want to keep one for your offhand. Except on Torama I dropped Vikings completely at 60 (Darksteel and Tungi, then Fransisca and Tungi to 70). I used Sniper's Rings the whole time though. If you don't your mileage may vary.
