  • Tungi and Tribunus VII-I

just one quick question, can a lv 60 party consists of pld, war/nin, sam, rng, whm, and rdm win against Tribunus VII-I? i heard the rumor about it's hidden effect so i want to try it out myself. i do some research on it but most of posters who killed it are higher then lv 60 range, around 65 ish. So, is my party stand a chance?

We killed it, with like 3x60ish melees (WAR, DRK, DRK) and 2 RDMs (70 and 75). A RDM/WAR tank, the level 70. It was a very easy fight.

Killed it again twice more, with PLD/NIN75, NIN58?, THF58? Fight took a long time, but was not particularly hard.

You won't have any problems. The mob is supposedly in the 70s, it's huge and has a TON of hp, but it's not particularly difficult. Ninja tank would be better to deal with its two-hour, of course.

BTW, I am 2/3 on the axe, and 2/3 on adaman ores

I don't think there is a hidden effect. I used it from 60-70 and noticed nothing. Not every weapon is a Company Sword, just because there are no stats doesn't mean there has to be something hidden.

        Still a great axe.

he has a LOT of hp, and hits pretty hard. I tanked it as a PLD around 63, was very doable. His HP is really massive, WAR60 did a 2hr rampage for 800+ and his hp didnt really go down much at all. x.x; 6x60 should be able to do it.
