how could u lvl far=ster to 30, where i quimf island and how do u get the ballista license

Qufim Island is in Jeuno. Port Jeuno i think but i might be way wrong. Level War to 30 fast. Just get in a good party and once one party fails. Put that seek flag up and get going. I really dont know a good persistant way. Ballista lisence can be obtained, by visiting all 3 nations( i think) talk to the person in your hometown that talks about Ballista and they will tell you from there

well we also have to add the the fact that qufim sucks and it is really hard to keep a group there.

At 25 you might want to head to Kazham, more pickup parties there for 25-30 than at Qufim probably.
