Where to level?

so what axe recommendations does one recommend, and how does one determine if a pick is better or an axe is better, the picks have higher damage but higher delay, how is one to choose? I kinda gimped myself used a battle axe 20 dmg all the way to warrior's axe 25 dmg but at least my skill was capped. I skipped tigerhunter.

I think I will relevel as galka so I need to make this determination, I relied on great axes for the most part.

I used pick axes for the most part from 16-32 or what ever level that axe with str+1 and dex+1 is.

I also skipped tigerhunter, I saw no point to it :/

Batallia tigers are shit exp by 26, and I never did the tiger quest in san doria.

Someware there is a beautiful chart showing good places to skill under leveled weapons up. I thought it was linked to Mystery tour, but I can't seem to find it there. Does anyone have any idea where I can find this? (I've tried to search the fourms.. I never seem to have much luck doing htat... )
