Accuracy Difference Sword - 1h Axe

another equipment quandary from me, surprise surprise ^^

so im at looking at ways to maximize my dmg output as war / nin, and i notice that lvl 60 weapons the Bastard Sword actually has better dmg / delay ratio than Darksteel Axe +1
(which i had previously believed the best available 1h weapon til 67)
however.. the catch
at lvl 60 axe is capped at 203, sword 196

now we ALL know that weapon skill directly affects accuracy.. but does anyone know how much exactly?

any high lvl players or parse-happy people ever try to really get a quantifiable precise number in terms of acc difference?

the bastard sword has the same dmg as ds +1, and about 17 less delay or so if i recall at the moment, making it much nicer
if i was only losing about 2-3 pts of acc on it i could deal with that, but if we are talking like 5+ .. forget it :sweat:

I believe is .9 ACC for each 1 skill point.

Go for Fransisca / Viking axe at 63.

Don't forget that it also lowers ATK along with ACC.

I was going to pick up a T.M. Espadon (ATK+12) at 50 with a Viking Axe and Life Belt instead of dual Viking Axes and a sword belt. Looking at the stats infront of me, I thought it was the best damaging combo (ATK+12 ACC+20 and better DMG vs ACC+20 ATK+10) but do to the lower skill levels, using T.M. would actually be more like ATK+6 ACC+14 :/

hmm... 17less delay sounds like 0.01 sec delay difference to be, as i recall 100 delay is equivalent to 1sec delay, if that's true i think you might wanna go for the axe, coz you would rather hit the monster than swing fast and not hit anything.

100 delay is 0.60 second.

pretty sure im gonna stick with dual wielding DS +1 axes til 66 or 67, sure id love to have a kraken club but they are 15 mil on my server
