The bcnm 30 earrings latent effect would be activated when you have the sj corresponding to the earring.

this lead to some interesting things with SJ.
war/bst : the +5acc from the earring is pretty nice, also the killer trait are usefull especially if you fight vs insect mobs like flies, cralwers or beetles so mob will be intimidated. Also i heard that using charm does generate some amount of hate and since charm is on a 10sec timer i might be better than boost. On the other side you might get a pissed party is you manage to land the charm, but that shouldn't happen often vs IT.
war/drg : only thing you will get is jump. Earring has a +5% haste making it nice for using a GA. Don't know if 5% will be better than SA for attacker war.
war/thf : earring is +2 dex making it nice to have, thf is a potent sub.
war/mnk : earring is +30 hp, currently it goes for 15k on my server. The bloodbead earring with +25hp goes for 200k, so this one is a bargain for a war/mnk.
war/sam : +5 parry, good if you're tanking, otherwise not great. Depends what other earring are available at 60 too.
war/pld : +5 def, pld sub isn't too great, i think the +30 hp from war/mnk is better.
war/drk : +5 att, i would say bad, +5 att isn't much when you can have over 200 with meat kabob and berserk at lvl 30.
war/nin : +4agi, goes for around 50k. I would say save your cash and buy drone earrings for 15k each. This is good for thf/nin or rng/nin.
The nin belt with enhancing DW sounds attactive especially since you can offset this with a viking axe. I don't know if the dmg output at higher levels would be worth it still. Also it's not confirmed yet that the belts activate with the correct sj.
For the sam belt with extra tp store, if the belt latent effet activate with sj, well i think it's better to use a lifebelt with the great axe since war/sam is only viable post 60, unless you can get the +acc from another source (like haubergeon or haubeurk)
