What macros do you use for switching attacking/tanking equipment?

I'm not at the point where I can afford to do this yet (still need RSE, Nomad's Mantle to complete my projected default setup), but I figured it wouldn't hurt to know ahead of time.

Also, do you have any equipment recommendations? I'm not terribly sure how useful AGI is to me at this point, but a couple pieces of gear have +AGI bonus.
