  • Warrior Guide

I've sent a warrior job guide to FFVault and it got published this week at : http://ffvault.ign.com/?dir=guides&content=warrior

Give a read if you're interested since it can answer many questions about the warrior job.

      Nicely done.

Anothing to note on the /THF sub though is that sneak-WS-breaks makes it almost impossible to miss. Breaks are physical WSes and will work with sneak. This is the reason why I prefer subbing THF when I'm not a damage dealer.

At my lvl (38), I really prefer shield break then sturmwind. SA-Sturmwind might deal 250+ damage, but SA-shield breaks already do 130+. If shield break allows me to hit 1-3 more times a fight, it's more worth it than sturmwind. It'll help the other melee too

How about adding having a sample PT setup description and mentioning the roles of a warrior? Like having a THF to secure hate if you're tanking is always nice

Don't forget sub ranger will give you accuracy bonus at level 20 and 60. This applies to both melee and range accuracy.

Great guide from a fellow mithra warrior. ^^
          Just a note on equipment:
ACCURACY is the single most important stat for any melee dmg dealer, even for a mithra. At higher levels miss rate is horrendous without a bard. Fighting Torama's in Onozo i have missed all 3 hits of Raging Rush. This is with +19 accuracy from RG Collar, Assualt Earring, AF pants, and Life Belt. I still dual wield the Viking Axe at lvl62. Now i'm seeing why I need sniper rings. 700k for a pair... 1.3mil for a Haubergeon... 5mil for a Peacock Charm...one can only dream...

I'm new to the game (don't hate me) and trying to look up information can be confusing as hell. That guide really cleared some stuff up for me, thank you.
