You dont need a super party to kill the leeches,if you lvl 52 they should be easy prey too you,just takeyou,a mage and another melee just incase the other leeches link..They are on the 3rd floor,you can see the leeches in a little squarish pool jumpin around. The drop is 100% so its very easy to get.
