  • Difficulty of WAR AF1?

I am ready to do AF1 and thought I could ask one of the lv70+ people farming in the area to help me kill the two NM that spawn when you use the tent flap. Several were there but would not help. They indicated it was too hard and needed a full party. I assumed 2 people could do it if one was high enough, but perhaps I was wrong.

So for the people who have completed it, how hard was it and how many people did it take?

    Thanks,

    Did it last weekend

48Whm, 42Blm, 46Drk (me), 43Drk & 55Drk. It was a pretty long battle, and the 55Drk was down to about half his HP. Be sure to clear the surrounding Orcs before you pick up the Tent Flap, to make things go more smooth (though they don't really do that much damage).

I have a Lv70 DRK friend? Will he be good for the quest? Or, will I need more? I find it easier to get 2 70's then a full PT of 50's...

I went along with a WAR who needed their axe in exchange for partying with me for my AF sword, and along the way we got to Davoi only to find a lv75 Paladin standing right where the NMs could be spawned. After asking, he agreed to help out (I think he was camping), and he and a 56 WAR went all-out on the NMs.

Didn't even faze the guy. Anyone over 70 should be fine, although taking the second orc could be problematic and it DID take a long time to wear the orcs down.
Retired for good this time; been a fun ride everybody.
