Hey, im gonna be an Elvaan Warrior until i can get Dark Knight.
i was wondering what other weapons could i use and still do pretty good damage without using a Gaxe.i dont like gaxes that much.

do you mean 1 handed axes?, i dont really like the stances , where can i find a chart of the rating for weapons each class has.

Hmm it was around here somewhere, ill post if I find it. Yeah i mean 1hand axe, but since im not a hi level WAR i cant really tell you how useful it is in the future.

Great Axes own

Some of you low lvls think great axes are useless and suck,if you get there skill up they are pretty powerful. Thers nothing wrong with a one hand axe but i would rather use great axe. The breaks work great,and sturmwind does crazy damage with berserk and warcray at the same time. Great axes are cheap on the midgrad server and they do heavy damage. I would use great axe more than one hand axe. . I use meat mithkababs and each hit i do is like 80-110 each time because of my strength.

Great Axes are great...

Great Axes are really good for warriors, I believe that's what their highest rating weapon is (1 handed axes are a close second with like an A-). Most of the other weapons have either a B or C rating which, while it isnt bad, won't be nearly as high in combat skill as the axes. I personally use a 1 handed axe due to the fact that i'm not going to be a high leveled warrior (at 24, was at 25 but Eco-Warrior downleveled me), probably 30 or 35 max, so I want to increase Shield rating a lot. Benefit with warriors though, is that if you are going to be another class, you can chose a B or C rated weapon to fight with while trying to get your next job.

I would recommend a great sword. Well, that is what I use. Besides, great swords for warriors are now ranked as an "A" I believe. Also, dark knights use great swords as their main weapon.

Use Scythe or Great Sword, since you are going Dark Knight, Axe-type is basically a Warrior toy, so if you not playing WAR til max level... I would say use Scythe and Great Sword, because those 2 are Dark Knight's toys....

PS WAR is good with all weapons.... average to be exact, but pre-30, the A, B rank for weapon really doesn't matter as much as when it gets to high level.
