I am a lvl 21 War and i cant get my parry and shield up at all, i have been using a shield with axe and nothin i use 2h weapons and parry doesnt move and I'm fighitng VT mobs and always hold agro and all my other skills are up

Yeah, my evasion skill went up almost every time the monster hit me and it is maxed out faster than my weapon skill. However, my parry skill goes up VERY slowly. In fact, I hardly even parry that often at all. I used sword and shield most of my warrior life to 30 and am now a 23 Paladin using sword and shield. Parry and Shield aren't maxed for me and I get hit all the time! Both are in the 60's which isn't far from being capped though.
Using a shield does not stop you from raising parry. Don't worry too much, both skills go up slowly, just keep getting hit.Comment
