I'm just curious if this is possible with the Ninja subbed to Warr? Also if it is would it be any good?

Yes. Before 60, war/nin with 1h sword in right hand and 1h axe in the left is a good idea because most parties will expect you to use red lotus (1h sword WS), but 1h axe is an A weapon, so you can use the compatible WS while at the same time use an A weapon. After 60, however, 1h axe becomes A- whereas 2h axe is A+; you're expected to sub samurai and use 2h axe for breaks and for raging rush WS. Every other war past this level is, unfortunately, shafted. No exceptions.
Using 2 1h axes is redundant, because the delay rate is doubled, so it would be exactly the same as just using one. -

I used to play war/nin while fighting bones in gustav from vl 67-70, with war/nin ur like a mnk. For normal pts sure used war/sam with shield break.
