i used mercurial kris a lvl 75 for a while, it was awesome... until the tp nerf on dagger, when SE lowered the floor for minimum tp per hit to 4, mercurial kris turned into sorry to say, dead weight, pre nerf SA+WS and TA+WS alternating evry 30 seconds was possible, afterwards it wasnt, now to get the same u need to lose all your haste gear for att gear and make evry hit on the dagger count, get 10% haste on armor and merrit tripple attack a few times and offhanding misericorde will make your DoT higher and your thf parse better, marc kris used to be god... now its just meh (you may have noticed all the ppl on your server selling theirs and buying misericorde +1's)
