  • Sarashi?

Hi now that my monk has been 75 for a while I've decided to take THF up next.. it's currently 42 and I had a sarashi around from my WAR. When subbing Ninja for the latent effect, is it worth it ? In other words, should I use it or use merc. cpt's belt or somethin? Tilt Belt? Thanks.

Nah, Sarashi sucks. It increases your Dual Wield Delay reduction by 1%. Not really a big enough difference. Use Tilt Belt.

      Re: Sarashi?

Sarashi slightly increases the Dual Wield Ability if you're /NIN.

Although, the rate at which it increases is hardly noticeable. You won't be impressed much at all.

I can personally say, thought, it assisted me when I was tanking as a WAR/NIN, even though the results were extremely slight.

Sarashi is terrible. As suggested, get a Tilt Belt, and then upgrade to a Life Belt at 48, or if you have the means, a Swift Belt at 50.

          Re: Sarashi?

Sarashi is REALLY useless many people have done calculatings and experiments and found out that while a THF dual weilding daggers, the same hits will land in same time with or without sarashi belt, but while weilding only 1 dagger, it would slightly increase the hit timing rates.
Use Tilt Belt for tp gain and macro in some DEX+STR+AGI (more likely, mercenary captain's belt) in ws.
          good luck!

Even a Quick Belt is better than Sarashi, and it works for any SJ.
