i know there is sneak attack, and trick attack, both give crit damage, trick allows you to throw hate on someone else, but can you stack the two, and does trick work for numbered attacks, like WSs that hit more than once?

Actually, unlike Sneak Attack, Trick Attack does not provide an automatic critical hit. If you're having any trouble hitting the mob regularly, you can expect Trick Attack to miss a good bit solo as well. Particularly at lower levels you're probably going to want to stack TA with SA whenever you use it. Sneak Attack adds a DEX modifier to your attack as well as the automatic crit; Trick Attack adds an AGI modifier. Hence anything that improves these stats also improves your SATA damage. I'd prioritize DEX over AGI myself as the accuracy doesn't hurt and Sneak Attack is easier to land than Trick Attack (if your positioning for TA is off just a bit, it fails; if positioning for SA is off a bit, usually you'll just lose a bit of damage; also, if you find yourself soloing or duoing, or trioing with uncooperative players, you'll find you can only land SA anyway).

Lv60 Thief get the JT Assasin which means every time you use Trick Attack your guaranteed a critical hit if you are in the right position.
