the scimitar is quite popular for thf for a couple levels. There probably are better alternatives now tho since I haven't seen anyone using it for quite some time.
Lust dagger I've never seen any thf using. Only some rangers which isn't a popular choice at all still.There are painters who transform the sun into a yellow spot,
but there are others who with the help of their art and their intelligence
transform a yellow spot into the sun.

Greed Scimitar sucks for EXP because THF Sword skill is too low, and if I'm not mistaken, there's more damaging daggers than Lust.

I used the sword for quite a while.. I totally forgot the level range, but as long as my SC partner was gaining TP slow I'd throw the sword in off hand. Made for some decent DoT and not too many misses with Sushi.
I also use it a lot when soloing/farming
As to the dagger, I know I used it at one point, but it must have sucked because I sold it.
