Actually Emp seems to have a slightly better droprate... I've killed it twice just because it was up and nobody was camping it. Both times I got the pin, but i was in a PT with a few friends I semi-staticed with, nd since I had an Emperor already, I let them lot. Stupid move in hindsight since the pin went up to 10M about a week later <.<

Oh! I forgot to mention I like the Voyager Sallet over the pin for WS as well... 4 dex and 3 STR yes, please! I have virtually no AGI+ gear since I hit 75 <.< The only thing I have for agi+ is suppano when I dont switch it out for WS, and dragon leggings for TP onry.

Do what I did with the LL boots and just buy them, Lizzy's drop rate sucks. Camp the Hairpin though.
You should absolutely have them both by lvl 35-40 though. No reason for a thief to be running around gimped since gil magically lines our pockets while we sleep.
Not to mention when you get your AF Pants, Gloves, the new Aht Urhgan Jerkin added to your LL Boots (which match perfectly with the AF Pants) you look totally Pimpin!

never really thought LL boots looked nice with thief AF pants, but i guess thats just my opinion, lol. but yeah, VE and LL are both very nice to have. and now that they're rare/ex, its kind of worth it to get them both, as you can keep them equipped for a fairly long time...
