Couple quick questions.

I'm gonna top off my THF sub soon on my Elvaan, 35>37. Maybe higher if I'm having fun with it.

I just wanna know if you guys go w/ dual Fed. Kukri, or one Kukri and a Corrosive in the off hand? I do have Marksmanship levelled for status bolts, so I'm guessing dual Kukri? (I might go with dual Fed. Knife, since my nation seems to control CN region most of the time.)

Also, swap in STR rings for WS or just leave in DEX rings?

Man, it's been so long since I lvled THF (/- \) The only question I can really answer for you is about your Rings and Earrings. You should keep DEX rings on yourself, on and off WS. DEX is SA's(Sneak Attack) damage modifier, meaning the more DEX you have, the more damage SA will deal when combined with a hit, for a THF main, anyway. You'll get stronger WS damage by trying to boost SA, not your WS. For your Earrings, just keep double Beetle +1s on during the fight. If you're going to be using TA, however, swap the Beetle's +1 for the Drone. you see, AGI is TA's damage modifier. I'm gonna assume you'll only be using TA in an SATA-WS combination, so just make a little gear macro to switch out Beetle +1s for Drones right before you do the SATA-WS, and you'll end up with even more damage. As for the daggers, I'm clueless. I'm sure you'll find help on that matter though =P Good luck, and enjoy your 2 lvls of THF^^

For those lvls I had a Windy Kukri in my main and a Fed dag in my off, switching the Fed with an Archer's if I had no Acc problems. If you wanna dual the kuhkri's then go ahead, it should work out fine. But your main hand should always have the highest Dmg weapon you can get, to up your SaTaVb dmg.

As for dex/str/Ws, the only time you use your WS is when you SaTa. Vb sucks solo, as I'm sure you know, and dex/agi is a big modifier in SaTa Dmg.

So what I do is have my Sa and ta macros seperate and put equip macros in each one. During normal combat I wear dual puissance/Beetle+1 earrings, when i hit my SA macro the puissance are switched for dual deft rings and then when I hit my TA macro the beetle are switched for dual drones. After I hit my SaTa I hit a third macro to replace my Str/att stuff. This way I maximize my SaTa dmg while hitting as hard as I can during normal combat rounds.

So to put it simply, during normal fighting str/att > dex/agi

During SaTa dex/agi > str/att

As a good thf you'll need to use equip macros sooner or later, so why not start sooner
