Get outpost teleport to Cape Terrigan. Steal your Testi's from a Goblin bandit. Go back Jeuno trade to Maat. Bring a reraise scroll. Use scroll. Steal from Maat. Die. Reraise, wait for steal timer. Steal again.
Contrary to what people believe, dont give a damn rats ass about steal gear cept your af which you should have already. Rince and repeat if failed both times.
Took me 4 tries to do this, with only AF for steal gear minus the boots, cause their worthless, and Im a slacker. Did at level 67 btw.
Total time spent even thinking about this pointless quest.....1 hour.
