Question with Sneak Attack and pulling

I have a question as a thief and you pulling when do you use your Sneak Attack?

You sneak attack first then pull?
You go pull then then sneak attack then run to camp?
You pull and sneak attack near camp?

Please give me your inputs.

use SA, pull, run back to camp, get in position, attack. when SA is ready again (should be soon), use again. repeat.

This varies a lot. Usually unless my TP is ready for skill chain, I use SATA even before I run out to pull. Or if the mobs are hard to find, I'll SATA before throw my weapon at it. The idea is the sooner you use them, the sooner they recharge. If you do it right, you'll get your SATA off as soon as the mob gets to your camp and you can reuse SATA again within 5-10seconds.

If SATA effects run out, it doesn't matter because they last 30 seconds, when they run out your ability will be ready again.

Adjust it to best fit your PT.

1. SA/TA lasts 60 seconds not 30.
2. Not the best idea to piss off a monster then stand still for two seconds while your character does his SA animation. SA first, then wang it with the boomerang.

At lv60 (maybe before) you can keep TA and SA up the whole time, by the time it's fading your timer is ready again.

If you want to be the best you ca be, SATA asap after your first mob is dead, UNLESS it will take over 60 seconds to bring a mob back to camp. If it will take over 60 seconds for this, time it so that youll have about 10-15 seconds left on timer by the time you get back to camp with the mob. Of course this is assuming it will not interfere with renkei.
