Low level skillchain question

I've got a friend who's gonna be lvling his THF through dunes, and I have the ability to get most melee jobs to lvl 10 so I can party with him (no Nin/Sam)

So my question is which jobs Skillchain best with THF 1hsword/dagger lvls 10-18~ usin which weaponskills =D

important thing to remember.

sword - fast blade stacks with sneak attack
dagger - doesnt get any ws that stack with SA until "Shadowstitch"


most sc will get you by but a simple fastblade+gustslash is prolly best. or if you wanna be monk fastblade+combo works well too.

For best results you should have the THF close the skillchain (stacking his WS with Sneak Attack of course) and aim for a level 2 SC. If your THF friend uses sword for Fast Blade, then you want Distortion, which can be opened by Bow (Flaming/Piercing Arrow), Spear (Double/Thunder Thrust), or Great Sword (Power Slash) at that level. (Distortion can also be opened by Katana and Great Katana, but you mentioned that you don't have NIN or SAM.)

So you can use Ranger, Dark Knight, or Dragoon to be a good SC opener for THF at these levels.

Alright thanks a lot, since we'll be in dunes together I doubt I'll be able to rely on the people there to SC, I'll remember these and tell my friend about them, nice enough my DRK is already near 10
