Somewhat curious as to which of these two would serve me better use. Attack Belt(pretty sure thats the name of it) is +10 to attack, Mrc Cpt Belt is +1 to stats. Lvl51 presently and trying to get my gear updated as much as possible(and boy do I have a long way to go). Any suggestions?

I use a Corsairs so I get the +10 attack from that. With Belts, I use a change macro - Mrc Cpt Belt for SATA then swap to a Life Belt to gain TP, the +10 accuracy is very useful I find against mobs which you will fight - Beetles/Crabs etc. I don't although the +10 attack on the belt may be nice, I think its more important to gain TP first.

Since I'm a THF/NIN my ATK is pretty low so damage isn't what I focus on. TP is. So I use a Life Belt for building TP and Merc. Cpt. for SANTA. As long as I don't hit for 0, I'm happy.
As a THF/WAR you already have a decent amount of ATK, so accuracy might be more beneficial, but you might want to test it out to see if you deal more damage with more ATK.

IIRC, I think swordbelt is what you're thinking of.
Mrc. Capt Belt, stick with that till 48 and get Lifebelt.
I agree that its best to have a lifebelt and an Royal Knight's belt, but if you cant afford both, I'd go for lifebelt. That +10 acc is oh so sweet. Seriously though, thief isnt exactly a job thats poor O.o so you should be able to scrounge up enough money for both eventually, imho.
