Talk to Guslam at upper jeuno armor shop he will give the quest then go to port jueno near the AH by the tax free shop there is a tool box listed as ??? click on it cut scene .

go to monastic cavern which is at davoi and open the coffer you can pick lock but need to be sneaky cause all the orcs in there can own you fast if find the coffer hit 2 hour pick lock and warp out I would say..
go back to port jeuno click on the tool box marked ??? again and then you have to go kill dark spark people should shout every once in a while for dark spark groups in lower jeuno since everyone has to kill if for their gloves. Just join one of those groups
