Thief's Testimony and Stealing

Heya, was out leveling last night in beadeaux and we were fighting a lot of platinum quadav's (thief class). Anyhow, I stole my testimony. Can you still steal from mobs that have the testimony, or will I just always fail from now on since its rare/ex? Also...I'm level 56. It's going to be 6 months before I hit 70. I'm thinking of just ditching the testimony, considering that it is just going to rot in my mog safe and that they seem pretty easy to obtain. Did you guys/do you guys just plan to get it at level 70?

I don't know for sure, but if you stole one from a mob, I'd guess that they all are, even if it's a 1/1000 steal. As for the testimony, hang on to it. Once you hit 70 (or whenever you want to fight Maat), that means you don't have to go looking again (unless you lose). Something that happened to me was a friend quit and gave me an item for my AF3. I wasn't close to doing it but I held on to it. Now instead of buying one (which I haven't found on ah past few times), that's a few extra thousand to something I want. Maybe it would only save me 1 hour farming, but that's 1 hour I can lv up, or something else

If i were u i woulda toss it. Thf testimony is very easy to get - u can solo it in Onzozo. There's a safe spot where u can steal from a gob and hide. Repeat till u get a testimony from it and warp :D
