Solo?

Well I was thinking for a change of pace i'd solo a level or so. I'm level 20 right now with my sub any ideas or where?Think I can last in korrolako (SP) tunnel?
BTW:I'm extremly low on cash and was wondering if anyone has some farming adive?

I did the same thing around your level. Just try to find some easy prey monsters, that's your best bet as a thief. ULTRA FARMING TIP: when fighting easy prey monsters, target the ones with drops that will sell for 2000-3000 in stacks. There's usually some EP mobs like this in crag zones for you. You can do this to break up the tediousness of farming, because you'll get exp, just very slowly. Anyways that's what I did, but you should do your own research on your server.

Oooh, I actually did just that. At level 20, go to latheine and start running laps through the canyons. In the canyons, you'll fight poison funguars (sleepshrooms and dark crystals) bats (wings and wind crystals) and bees (beehive chips and wind crystals.) They're all easy prey, and all have good drops.

Yeah, that's where I used to farm too, right over there by Tumbling Truffle. Kind of off topic, but that NM is a bastard. I fought him 25+ times now and only gotten the drop once. It's a cheap drop too. I actually made more money farming sleepshrooms and beehive chips than anything I ever got from him.

Wow, 25 times? he's so out of the way that I never really find myself there. You must really want that fungus hat.

I was just running back and forth in the valleys that connect to the monument and ordelle's cave there. It's a nice little out of the way farming place that not many people go to, and it's a nice little bonus that the NM spawned there. I fought him so many times because I was farming for like 3 weeks trying to save up money for winged boots. He didn't help at all, obviously. :sweat: Luckily there are endless bats, funguars, and bees in those valleys and caves, so farmind was good, and I raised a lot of money.

Edit: I could care less about the Fungus Hat. Usually if somebody else was camping I would stay in the other 2 valleys just to get maximum farmage.
