Few starting Q's about thf

I have been lvling my taru to 30 for a while now to get to ranger, but not that I am there I am quickly learning just how much time it takes to farm for money. Along my way to thirty, especially in Khazam I got a chance to witness some pretty cool thfs in action. Especially at 30+ it was a blast. Now the first thing I want to know is, what stats directly effect a thf? Str and dex? or is it a mix of str dex and agi? The second thing I want to know is what lvl do I need to take my Thf to to really start to gain loads of gil? Also I know this is a taboo sort of question on most of the class boards and it really shouldn't matter, but what race on paper makes for the best thf? I have seen alot of Mithra and alot of Elvaan thfs so I'm guessing those are the two best and since I have a char of both of those races I was wondering which on would be better off going thf instead of war? I'm also gonna need thf later on down the line becuase I plan to go with rng on both my Mithra and my Elvaan and Drk on both chars as well. So can ya guys help me out a bit?

Mithra is best race.

DEX and AGI are the most important stats..(later on may be acc as a 3rd)

You wont gain loads of gil probably till level 45+ either =P...at least that's what I think...>.>

yeah thats what I have been hearing, which sorta gets me down cause that means I am gonna have to take alot more time to get my mithra to 45 thf. The good thing is that I love Mithra as a race and it looks like Thf is gonna be really fun to play, especially if I can pick me up a bandit gun +1 or pirate gun +1 later on. Anyways looks like once I get stuck with my taru rng I'm gonna go with thf on my mithra. Also whats the best subjob for thf before lvl 30 when I can go ninja? War or monk, I think i'd prefer using swords and daggers on my thf so I'll probably want to go with War but if monk is better than I may go that way. Thanks for all your help you guys.

I don't think I've ever heard anything more humerous in my entire life...lmfao....

Anyways, its more of a mix between STR DEX AND AGI, and AGI and DEX are your main stats to boost up, because 1 mithkabob doe the job well with the STR and attack power.

As for race, mithra is best....highest dex and agi....elvaan or taru is worst, galka is pretty bad too...lol...so mithra and hume are most common.

yeah big ben is quite the funny guy. I've seen quite a few elvaan thfs though so I'm guessing that equipment makes up for the lack of agi and dex. Guess it works like rng or any other class, just get the best and you won't have to worry about it that much. But I guess I understand now why I see every elvaan thf lvl 45+ running around with leaping boots and a emp hairpin :sweat:

Dex is most important because it improves sneak attack and adds accuracy and criticals.

Second comes agi because it improves trick attack.

Str improves all attacks, but its impact on sneak/trick is tiny compared to dex/agi.

I dont see how taru sucks, i think(i think i am right) that taru has the second best AGI and DEX right? So that means their Sneak and Trick is still reletively powerful and thats what parties go for right? Food should cover STR i believe..>.>

Tarus have the 2nd best AGI, hume has the 2nd best DEX. If im worng then o well. I'm to lazy to look right now hehe.
