Dude STAY IN GHELSBA. The exp is amazing there until 15. My brother's THF was leveld there until lv 15, he started kicking ass after he got Sneak Attack and he got to level 16 just a little while later by himself.

I love reading your postes you have so much information to share and I have even quoted you in the past...
But this time I have to say you are wrong way wrong super wrong and definetly not right.. ok well mabey a little right ; ;

Thief is a very useful job and should get invite all of use in this forum know that. But it is the other I fear that don't. Let me explain .. mabey you have been spoiled by static parties or something but in the Real World and by "real world" I mean the game of course.. Thieves have a very I repeat VERY hard time getting a group. I took my thief to lvl 54 and 1-10 pie 10-30 wasn't that bad 30-45 was rough and took a while longer than most the other jobs I llvled to 50+ (and yes I have done that to a few) <--- no life ; ;
Anyway back to what I am trying to say from 45-54 was the most painful experience of my life group invites happened so rarely well.. they didnt happen. So what do I do then you ask.. Thanks fo asking I made my own parties of course (easier said than done) to get a whm you need a rdm a rdm you need a blm a blm you need a solid tank a tank you need a whm and .. the green grass grows all around all around the green grass grows all around .. end song!
ok and you say easy just invite them all . thats when you are missing a job and yes if you miss 1 job you lose the others .. so I found myself spending 8+ hours a day playing the game and I use the word "playing" loosely cause I basically did nothing. I could go days yes really days in RL time without a group. When I get one it seemed to break up before we did anything , suck really bad, or never get all the pieces of the puzzle in the first place. it was at 54 I hit THE WALL and lvling stopped/ So after a while I picked up ninja it was my sub after all (and of course where I first saw your posts). and that when fine I shot up to lvl 50 with sonic speed and was happy .. well kinda happy. You see I love to play thief so at lvl 52 I stopped ninja to try it again and guess what =D... wrong! still no invites.
I have played a few jobs since then and probably could make a static with my thief with all my friends I mt on the way now. but I am just saying thief by no means is easy to get a group and if you think it is you are the lucky one always in a group while the rest of us sit on the side lines cheering you on

Sorry about the long post but I had to get that off my chest since I saw you say thief grouping is easy =/
