Stealing Gold Beastcoins

Anyone know a quick zone, where I can farm some Gold Beastcoins? Need to farm to get corsair knife.

Are the Altepa Goblins (tier 5, I think... Robbers and such) high enough to have Gold Beastcoins? I thought they'd have Mythril.

From stealing off the Bandits and gobs in Altepa I can make 20k an hour D; + I equip two Steal +3 rings to help.

something i came upon recently semi-pertains to this. in the monastic cavern i hunt coffers and steal gold beastcoins.

check here for the map.

the zone at I-8 works nicely. you can steal gold coins from the orcish farkiller and champion right near that zone, or you can zone to davoi from there and steal gold coins from the orcs out there.

i havent been doing this for too long, but i think it might be a good money maker. while waiting for my steal to recharge i go look for the coffer. need 2 more coins for a stack ><

im not able to wear my AF boots yet, but id be interested to test this again at lvl 60 with a rabbit charm and my boots.

You can equip two lust daggers as well as 2 steal +3 rings. Each one of those rings on Ragnarok currently cost about 4-5k gil in the Auction House. Those rings are only equipable for Thief. And currently the coins stolen from bandits and anticans in Altepa in stacks sell for 19k-20k. So...what's your point? I'm not giving false info.

Hey give him a break, Doe is worng but it doesn't mean he deliberately made that mistake. Most prob it is an honest mistake so just stop flaming him for BSing.

Zandria, if you can equip 2 rogue rings, i would have already done that long ago. You can't equip 2 rare items which means you can't dual wield lust dagger nor can you equip 2 rogue rings. I am not sure if have read the description on the rogue ring or not, but the +3 to steal is not always there. It is a latent effect.


No, the gobbies in altepa will not give you gold coins. Try as you may, they will only give you mithril coins. If you really want to steal gold coins, here are some good areas to do it:

- Beaduex : Just before the zone line to Qulun for G3, that area has high lvl quads whom you can steal go coins from. Be it the quads in Qulun or the quads in beaduex. I seriously don't recommend you stealing from Ruby quad, you will only end up with something upexpected. Don't bother stealing from platinum quads unless you are seeking for testimony.
Good area as the zone lines are very close and there are at least 6 quads to steal from that is near both side of the lines. Take note though, do not run up to the quads by the cursed machine and steal from them as they could jolly well kill you in your cursed state. Pull them over to you before you steal from them.

- Monastic Cavern : At the zone line from deep in monastic connecting to G3 banishing wall of Davoi, there are lot of good orcs to steal from. Good area too as zone line is very near and plenty of orcs to choose from. Take note though near that area inside monastic cavern has serveral orcs that are 1 tier lower and you will only obtain mithril coins from them. Make sure you don't waste your steal on them. You may wanna try to steal from the zone line pass the banishing wall connecting Davoi and Monastic.

- Quicksand : The area where the late 50s and early 60s lvl. You can steal gold coins from these anticans and run to zone. Very good area if you just wanna steal gold coins. Lots of antican and the area is easily reached even without the need to sneak/invi. However you face 2 prob here:
1) While running to zone you will most probably be pulling 1~3 anticans and given the popularity of that place, you are going to get some other parties killed. Not a good place if you don't wish to get screamed at/blisted/complained.
2) There is always one spider near zone line, not as big a problem as the first one though...

- Oztroja castle : Only the yagudoes on the top floor just outside the brass statue of G3 or down the trap door into G3 area. Area is hard to reach and there is no zone line anywhere near there at all. The only reason you will wanan steal gold coins here is because primarily, you are looking for coffers and gold coins are sort of like added bonuses. As there is a lack of zone line, you must be careful when stealing to have 'hide' ready. But then again, using hide on steal could cost you a coffer.... Veteran hunters of coffers there will know what i mean.

Does Hide remove hate from you? I thought it worked like Invis where if a beast already knew where you were, it wouldnt matter if you invis, he'll still attack you and you lose it.
