Evasion?

I've heard ppl say that agi in this game doesnt really effect much. So i guess evasion doesnt really evade often? (to all u beta players and importers) I was just wondering if u actually evade often on monsters around ur lvl.

evasion skill affects a lot when fighting weaker enemies. I can't really tell the difference fighting tough ones
