Thief AF stats?

If anyone could post the Thief AF stats that would be great.
I know the bilingual(spelling?) FFXI site has them, but some of it is in japanese and I cant read it.

I already know the Thief AF weapon is:
DMG 15 DELAY 195 DEX +2 AGI+2 LVL 40




Any info would be appreciated.

I never see THFs wearing the hat in pictures, but it's pretty nifty.

I am using emperor's wings

3dex 3agi evade+10 and no graphic ^^v

the AF helm is just for when I know i am going to steal a lot (like in OZ, rez2 hunt which i can steal 10k worth coin)
