New Perpetuation costs for 76-90?

Here at work I have limited access to the internet (Thanks websense) and have yet to look up any information on the adjusted (or so I assume) perp costs of avatars. Can anyone map out the new costs for me? I'm only interested in the Avatars... screw the spirits. It was always my obscession to find a way to make my avatars free. Before the update I could make Carby, Garuda, Fenrir and Diabolos free. In order to formulate a plan for any of the others, I need to know the new costs/tic. Someone please help?

Answered my own question:

Carby = 14/tic @ lvl 90
Fenrir = 16/tic @ lvl 90
All others = 18/tic @ lvl 90

Spirits = 23 or 24, I think it's 24/tic @ lvl 90

Are you sure that’s correct? I’m at work so I cant test it out but I know for a fact with my gear I’m at least at -0 cost, if not refreshing, with Leviathan out (non abyssea area).

I use

-3 Fay Croizer
-1 (refresh) Emph Head +1
-1 (refresh) YYR
-1 Nashira hands
-1 Evoker Ring
-1 Conjur ring (but disregard this because i was fighting undead and didnt want blood aggro)
-2 Emph Feet+1
-2 Avatar Favor (or is this -3 at 90?)
-1 Native refresh (or is this -2 at 90?)
-3 (refresh) from /rdm

even with all of that i'm -15 to -17.

I didn’t get a chance to test Carby or Fenrir but…

As a completely naked taru 90smn/41rdm Leviathan cost -12mp/tic (-14 if you’re not including Smn’s native refresh)

Put on my gear along with refresh spell and was getting +3mp/tic
-3 Fay Croizer
-1 (refresh) Emph Head +1
-1 (refresh) YYR
-1 Nashira hands
-1 Evoker Ring
-2 Emph Feet+1
-3 Avatar Favor (from emph +1 gear, forgot which piece)
-2 Native refresh (it is -2, thanks Gobo)
-3 (refresh) from /rdm refresh spell

-14/tic + 17 in perp/refesh gear = +3/tic
also, this was outside of abyssea.
