Re: Macroing Shiva's Blizzard II
Both /ja and /pet should work if I remember correctly, but that's my exact macro for Shiva and I know it works.sigpic

Re: Macroing Shiva's Blizzard II
All pacts are usable as /pet commands. The /ja thing I don't know about.
I would do this, however:
{Insert Blood Pact Timer Equipment Swaps Here}
/echo Pet TP: <pettp>
/recast "Blood Pact: Rage"
/pet "Blizzard II" <stnpc>
This way, you can tell how much TP you have banked before you unleash the spell and you can select an alternate target.
I always recommend against using <t> in most offensive macros because if you mis-target, you have an opportunity to cancel.
Remember that magic pacts are affected by your Avatar's TP, so let them build a little before you launch the pact--You'll get better damage results. If you launch at 0, you'll probably be underwhelmed by the performance.
Now obviously you don't have too much space on a standard single macro, so if you get more than 3 Blood Pact Recast pieces then you'll need to split it into two macros. Remember, you can use/macro set #to change macro pages automatically. This can be useful with long equipment swaps as it allows you to multi-tap the same macro key to complete a macro cycle of up to 50 lines if you use all 10 macro sets (60 less 10 for the "/macro set" rotation commands).Last edited by Sabaron; 04-03-2009, 07:52 PM.
