Need advice for Titan

Right as i now have my summoner back, i would like to go after Titan, for once i would like to solo a avatar, i got all my other avatars with a helper, 75 RDM 37 WHM. ok then so give it to me, whats your guide to a successful avatar fight, especially against Titan
