            There's a typo on Dark Spirit's name. Bio needs to be moved down a line.

                Spirit Timer = 48 - Current SMN SKILL/3 + Max SMN Skill/3 (for your level)


                If Spirit is cast on its day, -4 secs
                If Spirit is cast on Weak day, +4 secs
                If Spirit is cast on its weather, -2 secs
                If Spirit is cast on weak westher, +2 secs
                If using AF2 Spats ------------, -5 secs
                If using Astra Flow -----------, -5 secs


                This Was Worked out with Various Test from me and other people.

                The Starting amount of 48 secs, varies before and after lvl 50. Before Level 50, the mount is more around 50 secs, while after level 50, it tends to go towards 47 secs. For this purpose i have left it at 48 secs, since it ties in with 20 Ticks (2.4 secs per Tick)

                  Hmm. 48S - (288s/3) + (276s/3) - 5S (AF2 pants) = 39S
                  39 seconds per casting of my spirit. Eh...sounds about right. Too bad spirits are pretty useless most of the time. The only times I use mine are when I'm messing around or when I need a decoy. It's amazing the amount of time that's been spent on figuring out spirits.

                      i forgot to mention that if you summon your spirit it starts to fight something without you tell it too (eg agro) then it will cast a spell in halve the time from when you first summoned the spirit.

                      Also i believe the light spirit works on buffing and curing in a similiar manner as a spirit who cast from agro. Though i need to look in light spirit more.

                              When I am solo'n as a 60SMN/WHM, one of my fav SC's is Transfixtion.
                              Starburst + Poison Nails=Transfixtion and I MB with Banish II.
                              Doesnt do uber damage, but it does kill the mob I'm solo'n quicker.

                              On very rare occasions I sub /BLM i can opt for Compression.
                              The weapon skills are reversed and I MB with any dark magic spell, the burst isnt too effective though, but it can help if you had drown hate at all and MB with Drain.

                              On a side note, a 59BST and I have started to duo together. He really likes it because if his charm wears, carbie gets hate instead of him, and the battles go easier and faster for him. Anyone else (SMN that is) ever tried to duo with a BST? Seems like a nice alternative to being a main healer, and you get to play straight up SMN more.
