Don't forget that Tenzen came from the Far East. We've just barely scratched the surface of the Near East, so it may be a while.

Yeah, and diabolos came as an avatar near the END of CoP's life cycle (one of the final CoP updates...)

So I don't expect to see an new avatar until I'm in my 70's at least....

Using phoenix as a healing avatar is interesting but it should be very hard to obtain with blood pacts like raisga or raisega II, much harder then Diabolos or Fenrir.

Other abilities like a reraisega would be nice but theseshould be balanced out.

And it should be only optainable by Summoner that would make it more interesting or else we see again lvl 1 smn with neat avatars like phoenix... >_>
Like only Summoner could enter the battle with pheonix and you cant solo it, a whole alliance of Summoner going for phoenix would be so .

I was about to bring that point up...Bard has a song that's basiclly Reraisega...If bard can have something like that It's really not much of a strech to give it to summoners. I would howver probably shorten how long it stays in effect on other players...requiring some recasting...(for ballence's sake)
