How do I manage to get this thing? It is hard to get ToD because you have to stay in Ro'maeve everyday 24/7.

21 hour respawn.
No lottery, pops on the dot.
Link or magic agro only.

Camping it for a whole day woul dbe the best bet..
otherwise camping for 4 or so hours on the same times for about a week, you should be able to get the tod of it pretty easily.
only problem is, yes, it takes a week, but the tod doesnt move much less people hold it for an hour or so.

problem with getting it is there is a lot of magic/link agro which can add onto the shikigami weapon.
Its pretty easy to take down with a party of people.

It can be difficult to get the TOD for Shikigami, true. However, after a reset such as the one we just had, you can get it for at least a short time before it moves into early early morning. It will spawn 21hours after reset. Giving you a fairly good time to extrapolate its tod over the next few days. Even if you do not see it die, you may take it for granted that it will die within around 30 minutes of its pop time.

And if all else fails, sub ranger, bring sneak pots and sit there and scan until you get lucky. I know that I only have mine because one of our LS Bsts, scanned him up and got the TOD randomly as he was going to Ru'Ann to solo.

I've always thought it was 15 minutes after the 21 hours. His window is 15 minutes. He's invisible when he pops and can only be aggroed with magic (not sure about link) You can also see on widescan as well, our RDM had subbed rng and we got claim.

You can agro magic or link, pops unclaimed.
Best, and most dodgy way is to follow someone who has a line of weapons behind them when pop.
a jp ls called Kingdom of Summoners took it off our ranger after link agroing.
