any hits on leveling smn magic

I would really like to know. i spend about an hour leveling up , with no SKill up, not even a .1 , then i say forever it and go out and do somthing else.

this is really getting to me, i would like to know, what affects skill up ? as in, time of the moon phase? area? etc etc.

my suggestion: grab a rusty fork to stab yourself with periodically, in order to help keep yourself awake from the absolute boredom in raising smn skill

I recommend a spoon. Since it's duller it hurts more when you finally start piercing your skin. Other websites recomment hammers, electroshock therapy, and lighters.

on a serious note, use a cup, or other small heavy impliment to hold down ctrl, or alt, and then read a book while pressing the 0-9 keys every 10 seconds.

It is a pain in the ass. I level my SMN skill when I have only about an hour to play. I have my MP equipment and change to SMN/BLM and go to Quifim entrance. I use elemental SMN for speed and have a macro that tells me when I can summon again.

You can't go AFK since people are fleeing from Weapon from time to time. Always recover MP in Jueno Port.
