Question About 2.Hour: Astral Flow

OK. In the summoner one on one battles, you need to use 3 searing lights in order to beat the avatars. How long does Astral flow stay on you in order to do 3 Searing Lights? Wouldn't you have to wait a total of 6 hours for another Astral Flow? Please help me out.

Astral Flow is the 2hour ability, so the recast time is 2 hours. However, Searing Light is a blood pact ability, meaning you can cast it every 60s as long as astral flow is still on you. Once you used astral flow, it will last for 3 minutes, therefore, you can cast searing lights 3 times. In order to cast searing lights more than once, you must have some kind of mp regen (ie. using yagudo drink).

That would explain why every so often when tyring to use Searing light with carbuncle, he just sits there and does nothing...
