Garuda Mini fork....

The guys at Rabao wont give me the Mini fork for Garuda. I already have the regular one so I dont think fame is the problem. I've also gotten the Mini / Regular forks for Shiva, Titan, Ifrit, Ramuh (Haven't got enough fame for Leviathan) But the Garuda people wont budge

Anyone else have this problem / Know what to do?

As posted in a different thread already i can only think of these reasons:

1. You're not using SMN as main job
2. SMN job is too low
3. talkin to the wrong NPC

... if that's not the case then uhm, don't know.

My SMN is 21, I was smn when I talked to him and I talked to the guy beside the taru.
