how do all lvl 10-15 lvl summoners have all avatars?

I am walking around Valkrum farming fire crystals and see a couple of level 12 summoners call out all the avatars (except Fenrir). I then proceed to La Theine where two level 10 summoners were calling them all out. I am wondering, how do people get all the avatars at low levels? I am thinking about becoming a summoner and would like to know beforehand.

1) Level a job to 55+ other than summoner, and get them that way (with the exception of Fenrir, get a little higher for that).

2) Have someone help you at level 30 by having them kill the avatars for you, and you sit pretty and watch. Or heal.
