  • Auto-refresh, refresh, ballad... stackability

I had a quick question -- What type's of "refresh" stack. For example, lets say someone has the spell "refresh", the skill "auto-refresh", mages' ballad I and II, and "add's refresh effect" from equipment, and chugs a pineapple juice. Which of these effects stack with each other??

    Here is a stack list

    Equipment refresh
    Juice | RDM Refresh
    Ballad 1
    Ballad 2
    Summoner auto-refesh

so the only things that don't stack are Juice/RDM

I've had juice at the same time as a rdms had refresh on me.

It all stacks except you cant have 2 bards playing ballad, that wont stack.

I just tested it, juice and rdm refresh do not stack, rdm refresh does over ride juice.

        orange juice 1mp/tick
        refresh 3mp/tick
        orange juice + refresh 3mp/tick

        try it yourself

I don't think Refresh gives 3MP a tic actually. I heard the highest is only 2MP a tic.

          Maybe it is stacking.

Refresh - stacks with everything except any type of MP recovery Juice (i.e. Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Yagudo Drink, etc...).

Auto-Refresh - stacks with everything (because its a passive ability).

Juice - stacks with everything except the spell Refresh.

            Ballad - stacks with everything.

Ballad II - stacks with everything.

tom's right - tested it out tonight myself, though not with ballad II. With ballad and rdm refresh, with auto mp regen, I was getting 5 mp/second - sucked down a pineapple juice, nothing changed.

What about clothing with auto-refresh? Does it also stack with the job ability auto-refresh? If you had auto refresh from SMN Lv 25+, and then wore a Vermillion Robe, would you get the two Refreshes, or will auto-refresh stack "with everything" except itself?

I heard the clothing and job ability will stack, but it would be worth confirming for this thread.

I would assume they do stack, because I see SMNs wearing them... although that could just be for the MP boost.

I would be more than willing to try it out for you, if you have a Vermillion cloak to loan me =P

Not sure if it stacks, sorry.

it does. lv60 blm / 30 smn named Keroko (has vermillion cloak as well). Partied with him, he was getting 2 mp/tick without any buffs.
With ballad, ballad II, and refresh, he was getting 8 mp/tick, while I was getting 6 mp/tick.
