An idea for Summoner

They should add 4 new "dual-element" avatars for people around L40 to get. (like the Level 2 skillchains)

For example:

Phoenix: Fire & Light, San d'Oria fame, add a "Cloister of Ashes" somewhere

Syldra: Water & Ice, Jeuno fame, add a "Cloister of Mist" to Qufim region

Quetzacoatl: Thunder & Wind, Selbina fame, add a "Cloister of Clouds" somewhere

Odin: Dark & Earth, Tenshodo fame, add a "Cloister of Blades" somewhere

And then perhaps to make up for the Level 3 skillchains, you add Alexander (Light) and Bahamut (Dark) that works in the style of those "mega burning cuircles" they're going to add in future.

But yes, they should add an avatar you can get 10-20, an avatar 20-30 , 30-40 etc etc.

one thing you have to keep in mind they probably will not make another avatar until the new exp comes out. the reason for this is because all of the main cities have an avatar battle already. also, they are hinting at adding odin and bahamut when the expansion comes out. hope that helps out a little bit. odin will probably be best at mellee of all the smns and bahamut well bahamut will just be bahamut.
