Red Mages?

Basically all I hear are WHM or BLM as subs for SMNs, and even then far less BLM than white.....My question is what would it be like for a SMN/RDM? I would appreciate any input offered. Thanks a lot.

SMN/WHM is the only way to go.

SMN/WHM will get cure spells before a SMN/RDM gets them and will also get Divine Seal, very useful.

SMN/BLM is just a nono. SMN role in PT is buff and heal. Also as /BLM your spells won't do a lot of damage... you'll just waste MP.

SMN/RDM as said before RDM learns cure spells after WHM does so /WHM is more useful.

im posting my guide for sumoner/rdm later today .

I level up my smn with rdm sjed .. partly to kill all falsities of subbing whm only. second to prove it can be done.
third to get tells saying wow its a decent combo.

I am so waiting for your guide.

After I reach RDM 65 (@1800 for 64), I may go back to SMN since the RDM Refresh tanking and enfeebling really tires me out.
