The Guide of How to Get to the Summon Primes

Got Garuda today :spin:

I didn't plan to get it. I just warped back to Jeuno when I saw a shout asking for members to beat Garuda. I (WHM50/SMN25) responded. 1st they didn't wanted me to go, but some time later I got a tell I could come

The way to the cloister:
Dangerous monsters (but I guess you already knew that ) I and 2 other members died on the way to it We just respawned and teleported back to altepa. This time nobody died. The way to the cloister is not very long and with sneak and invisible you can get there pretty easy.

The fight was not very hard. We beated Garuda in 10 minutes. Sad thing is that 3 members died (but they got raised ^^)

We didn't killed the other avatars after this but I'm glad that I got garuda, one of the most usefull avatars in a pt ^^

i kinda agree with Kirara. no offense to you deedlit, but i think that its better to get to 50+ and earn the avatar; but thats just what i think anyway.

btw, how do you survive the astral flow attacks from the primes?

/shrug, everyone is entitled to their own opinion - personally, I love playing SMN with all my avatars at lvl 31 now, I'll get Fenrir later on, or maybe not, who knows.

As for surviving astral flow, I am of the opinion that a level 50 would have more exp with the game than a lowly 31 smn, obviously, so I won't say. Don't you want to earn your knowledge by dying to the avatar many times before you figure it out? Otherwise, you're just a leech.

Ugh, I guess I can't trust you people to be smart enough to detect sarcasm in someone's wit.

I have no problem sharing strategies with people - but if you're gonna throw rocks at me, calling me a leech, and then beg for help with strategies - I know there's a saying for this, but since I can't think of it - don't be a hypocrite by calling someone names, yet essentially doing the same thing yourself.

You and I Deedlit are "Leeches", isnt it great?

Instead of lvling a job to 60 that we are not planning to be for the whole game we instead just get a little help to get the summons and enjoy the summoner class from day 1 instead of being useless for all 60 lvls. We are just horrible people! Someone call the GMS!! We are getting the summons early! Doing nothing but hurting everyone elses gameplay from what it looks like!

I have a very hard time taking advice from anyone whose highest level job is 20 levels below mine. Not only that, but one who critisizes people for "leeching" when she herself is the biggest leech of us all. At level 54 I have a very hard time bringing myself to ask for help on anything in this game, let alone let someone just do it for me. That's poor sportsmanship and shows YOUR lack of intellegence and inginuity to complete the game in an honorable manner. I have never and would never ask a higher level player to get me the summons without my full ability to help to my utmost during battle. If I'm too low, then so be it, I'll work harder and longer to get a higher level and be a more viable party member to those that assist me. At level 36 you prove no use to a avatar battle other than fodder for the rest of the party to contend with. Absolutely useless in my opinion.

You offer strategy, why? You have none yourself. You stand back on the coat tails of those ahead of you and let them work hard for your laziness. This is just inexcusable.

You becoming overly defensive to Aurege only proves your lack of self worth and lack of acheivement in this game. Shame on you...

Deedlit's leech comment was with sarcasm. Also, she got help from a high level RDM friend. Most of us get help in this game. Don't be so quick to judge others. Stay on topic and don't pass personal judgements. Expressing your opinion on how to play is fine. Personal attacks are not.

It's okie Kirara, I don't like you either - mostly cause of your racist comments, but your warning level speaks for itself.

I help people out all the time if they're kind people. I don't offer advice to people who resort to name-calling cause someone got something done in a different matter than them, that wasn't cheating.

Again, feel how you will - it doesn't change the fact that I play a summoner, and a pretty damn good one according to the jp people I group with, and my LS. Even better, I have fun with the game. So I guess you can keep complaining if you consider that to be fun - no skin off my back, really.
