Different Fame guides?

It seems theres two conflicting fame guides floating around for FFXI.

Here's one from allakhazam:

and then theres the one from here thats listed in gamefaq's as part of the summoner FAQ.

One discrepency is how Selbina/Jueno/Mhaura fame is linked, but the other guide says its Mhaura/Windurst/Kazam

Just out of curiosity to go along with the Fame subject, is it possible to repeat quests to get your fame all the way up?

I was under the impression that a unique quest will give more fame than repeated ones. Repeated ones are good, but unique ones will get you there faster. Can't repeatable ones be done only once per game day?

You can repeat quests as much as you want. I know a few people who wanted to get up their fame, so they bought a couple of stacks of an item and just started trading them in to raise their fame.

I think someone posted that you need 30 quests non-repeatable and then 30 repeatable quests and you should have enough fame in that town.

It seems the one posted at allakhazam is more accurate.

I've been doing Selbina quests for corn and my Rabao fame went up.

I also got the Bastok quest by having level 7 fame.
