Where is Ajido-Marujido?

Some summoner guides speak of him (though I see that Sheila's does not) and though I may not need to speak with him to get the ruby, I don't want to miss any story elements (don't argue the point.)
I may have done a cut and forgotten about it, but I doubt that.
There is NO NPC in Windurst Walls, G-3...used a ranger sub to double check...

maybe the house of hero? you can never enter that house normally... just click on the door if you have anything to do with him

To clarify, you dont need to speak to anyone to get a ruby to drop at any level. You just need to kill a leech that can drop a ruby and recieve one.
Once you have a carbuncle ruby *and* your main job is level 30, you go to the House of the Hero and just try to open the door. You will get the custscene with Ajido-Marujido in it (hes inside the house).
After that you go collect the weather types for the ruby.....

You do just like Navia said. Any leech will drop a ruby, I've had ruby drops in the Shakrami Maze, Peninsulla (Outside Mhaura), Qufim, Valkrum Dunes, Sea Serpent Grotto, etc...

After you just reach lv. 30 + in a job go to House of Hero's and a cut scene will start so you can start the summoner job quest.

Ajido-Marujido appears only in cutscenes. Anyone from Windurst should be well familiar with him (he's in several Windurst mission event scenes).

Actually there are two NPCs involved here. In my cutscene I had the cardian "Joker" tell me all about the hero and whatnot. I waited until rank 5 to actually do the quest (wasn't intentional, just when I got around to it.) It all depends on your missions or something, Sometimes you'll get Ajiod-Marujido or maybe you'll get Joker.
